The technical presentation was delivered by Senior Product Manager Starr. The liquid-cooled C&I ESS features a multi-layer safety architecture including ceramic insulation between cells, dual-level aerosol fire suppression, explosion-proof ventilation, and continuous BMS monitoring. With optimized thermal management and high-efficiency PCS integration, the system achieves over 90% round-trip efficiency while reducing installation footprint by 36%, making it well suited for commercial and industrial sites with limited space.
Project examples presented during the session demonstrated how Wenergy’s BESS technology supports applications such as peak-valley energy arbitrage, grid services participation, and renewable energy integration across international markets.

Wenergy also highlighted its Energy Management System (EMS) platform, which acts as the intelligent control layer for C&I energy storage systems. The EMS enables advanced operational strategies including electricity price tracking, peak-valley optimization, demand control, PV self-consumption, and off-grid operation, helping commercial users maximize the value of PV + storage systems.

During the event, Mieszko Stubinski, a regional partner of Wenergy, shared real-world project insights demonstrating how the EMS platform supports localized energy management. One example featured a bus charging station in Poland, where solar energy stored during the day is discharged at night to power electric buses, significantly reducing grid electricity costs while supporting cleaner public transport.
Strategic Partnerships Accelerate Energy Storage Growth in Europe
ENEX 2026 also provided the stage for Wenergy to sign strategic cooperation agreements with multiple energy companies across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe. The partnerships will focus on joint project development, localized technical services, and market expansion for commercial and industrial BESS solutions.
